“Chief Judge Mark Fellheimer (Eleventh Judicial Circuit) and Circuit Judge Jonathan Wright (Logan County) have announced the retirement of Patrick Timoney as Logan County Public Defender effective April 2022.

The Eleventh Judicial Circuit is seeking qualified applicants for the position. Qualified and interested attorneys should review the Notice of Vacancy and provide their application materials to Judge Jonathan Wright on or before April 4, 2022. Questions regarding the position should be directed to Judge Wright in Logan County.
