Summary: Immediate opening for an Assistant State’s Attorney with 0-3 years experience to work in the areas of misdemeanor, DUI, and traffic prosecution in Lincoln, Illinois. Job duties includes making charging decisions, working with law enforcement, conducting motion hearings, bench trial, and jury trials.

This full-time position also affords the opportunity to work with and learn from experienced prosecutors by helping on felony cases and trials. The position requires organization and time management skills as well as the ability to communicate well within the Office and with the public.
