September 21-22, 2023

The CCI agenda focuses on the specific continuing education needs of the corporate counsel community. The Institute will address the most pressing leadership and legal issues affecting in-house counsel while allowing attendees to discuss shared experiences and network with peers.

October 5-6, 2023

The Garrett agenda is designed to provide private practitioners and corporate counsel with a timely analysis of current securities and corporate law developments confronting publicly and privately held corporations. The Institute brings together senior officials from the SEC and leading securities practitioners.
