This webinar from 10:00-11:30 a.m. on February 25 will address the role of the Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Commission (ARDC) in protecting the public and issuing guidance on ethical issues for attorneys working with clients who lack legal competence or have any degree of diminished capacity.
Presenter: Tammy L. Evans is a graduate of Chicago-Kent College of Law and is a Senior Litigation Counsel in the Litigation Division of the Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Commission in Springfield. Prior to joining the ARDC she was an Assistant Public Guardian and handled cases for the Public Guardian's Financial Recovery Unit.
The webinar is approved for 1.5 APS Recertification credit and Continuing Education credit for social workers, nursing home administrators, nurses and professional counselors. Free legal education credits are approved for attorneys licensed in Illinois.
