ALA: A Guide to Illinois Civil Appellate Procedure -
Dear Members,
We are pleased to report that the ALA’s “A Guide To Illinois Civil Appellate Procedure” has been revised to reflect current procedural requirements. First published in 1989, the Guide has become an invaluable resource to pro se litigants as well as practicing lawyers who wish to familiarize themselves with Illinois civil appellate procedure.
Special thanks to Amanda Hamilton, Gina Rinaldi, and Kimberly Glasford the Co-chairs of the Committee on the Guide, and Kass A. Plain for their hard work in revising this important publication.
You may access the new Guide on the ALA website by clicking here.
