Macoupin County Sheriff Sales moving to ROUP online Platform

Dear Bar Association Administrators,
 
The purpose of this e-mail is to inform and provide you and your members with pertinent information regarding Macoupin County Sheriff's Office moving to the ROUP online Sheriff Sale platform. At the bottom of this email are instructions to instruct law firms on the process of creating their online account with ROUP and the administrative order pertaining to Sheriff Sales in Macoupin County.
 
Beginning February 1, 2025 all Sheriff Sales in Macoupin County will be conducted on the on-line platform only. Any sales previously scheduled prior to this date will proceed in-person at the Macoupin County Courthouse.
