Johnson Law Group, LLC. with its main office in Bloomington, Illinois, is seeking to add a criminal defense lawyer to our team of attorneys. We practice law in multiple central Illinois counties, and pride ourselves on working as a team. In this field, we often meet people in need of help during difficult times in their lives. Candidates should enjoy helping people in difficult situations and enjoy the challenges that come with doing so. The position requires some travel to courthouses within a manageable radius of Bloomington, Illinois

Requirements/Responsibilities:
• Licensed to practice law in the State of Illinois for a minimum of 1-3 years;
• Prior criminal law litigation experience;
• Enjoy working both as part of a team and independently with a proactive mindset;
• Effective time-management and multi-tasking skills in and out of court;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Travel to other counties; and
• Managing a dedicated case load with assignments.

Compensation:
$70,000 to $120,000 based upon experience and accomplishments
