What: An informational meeting to introduce the Sangamon County Domestic Violence Court (DVC)

Beginning in May 2025, DVC will be a coordinated court call in Sangamon County designed to provide efficient resolution of intimate partner domestic violence cases (felony and misdemeanor), by providing access to justice, increased victim safety, offender accountability and monitored compliance with post-sentencing conditions.

All members of the Bar are encouraged to attend to learn about DVC, its implementation and process.
