Illinois Supreme Court Access to Justice Commission - Standardized Court Forms

Recently, the Forms Project of the Illinois Supreme Court Access to Justice Commission released a list of the standardized court forms it has created over the past several years, current as of the beginning of this year.

We have been asked to disseminate the list so it can be available to as many lawyers and self-represented litigants in Illinois as possible.
