Dentons: EEOC Strategic 5-Year Enforcement Plan - What Employers Should Expect - 2/22
EEOC Strategic 5-Year Plan
What Employers Should Expect
Wednesday, February 22, 2023
12:00 pm to 1:00 pm EST
Shaped by listening sessions held by the EEOC to determine future enforcement priorities, the agency appears poised to focus on several areas in its Strategic Enforcement Priorities Plan for FY 2022-2026. These areas include racial and economic justice in the workplace and workers who are especially vulnerable to discrimination in the workplace, such as transgender workers, immigrant or migrant workers, and individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This course summarizes the listening sessions and previews what we may expect from the EEOC in enforcing federal laws prohibiting employment discrimination.
