Cryptocurrency regulation is a polarizing topic. Our virtual conference will move past the politicized public discourse and address three important regulatory topics -- market structure, stablecoin regulation, and token disclosure.
Practitioners, researchers, and regulators (past and present) will address these questions, moderated by experts from UC Berkeley.
Panelists will include: Robert Bartlett (UC Berkeley), Scott Bauguess (Coinbase, UT Austin), Chris Brummer (Georgetown), Christian Catalini (MIT, Lightspark), Brian Cochran (Robbins Geller Rudman & Dowd), Gina-Gail Fletcher (Duke), John Griffin (Integra FEC, UT Austin), Edwin Hu (NYU), Kristin Johnson (Commissioner, CFTC, Emory), Adam Levitin (Georgetown), Tim Massad (Brookings, Harvard), Jai Massari (Lightspark, UC Berkeley), Frank Partnoy (UC Berkeley), Jeffrey Zhang (Michigan), and others.
This virtual conference is free, but registration is required. MCLE credit will be available.
The program is co-sponsored by the International Institute of Law and Finance and the Berkeley Center for Responsible, Decentralized Intelligence (RDI).
