The 2023 ILLINOIS CODE OF
JUDICIAL CONDUCT

This program will provide an overview of the new Code of Judicial Conduct for Illinois state court judges that was effective January 1, 2023.  Featuring three leading appellate court justices who serve on the Illinois Judicial Ethics Committee, the program will highlight important changes in the new Code and discuss the judicial ethics provisions that are of greatest interest to lawyers. 

Participants include: Hon. Eugene G. Doherty, Illinois Appellate Court, Fourth Judicial District; Hon. Michael B. Hyman, Illinois Appellate Court, First Judicial District; Hon. Ann B. Jorgensen, Illinois Appellate Court, Second Judicial District. Moderator: Steven F. Pflaum, Chair, Illinois Judicial Ethics Committee and Former President, Appellate Lawyers Association.
